What is included
The initial parent consultation includes a one-page A4 recommendations letter. Assessment consists of three 50-minute appointments at £300 each (£900 in total), booked and paid for together. It includes a brief parent feedback call and a one-page A4 summary letter.
More comprehensive letters or reports are available on request where clinically appropriate. As with other agreed clinical work, these are charged at £360 per hour, pro rata for the time used, with the scope and cost agreed in advance.
Your treatment plan
Treatment with children and adolescents also involves clinical work around the child, such as parent meetings, liaison with school or healthcare professionals, and letters or reports. You have a say in the plan: we agree the purpose, frequency, scope and cost before this work begins.
Payment and attendance
Psychotherapy takes place weekly during term time at an agreed regular time. Scheduled sessions for each month are billed in advance on the first day of that month, at £300 per session. The bill reflects the number of sessions agreed and scheduled for the month.
Your weekly appointment is reserved for your child and cannot be cancelled for a fee reduction. It remains payable if missed. To end treatment, please give four term-time weeks’ written notice. School holidays and planned practice breaks do not count towards this notice period, and reserved sessions remain payable until the agreed end date.
