One-off appointment for parents who need clinically informed guidance or advice around a particular concern, or who are unsure about whether psychological treatment or psychotherapy can help their child.
Focused on a particular area of concern, such as EBSA, school anxiety, exam stress, neurodivergence, fatigue, pain or persistent physical symptoms.
Sign-posting, recommendations and next steps provided at the end of the appointment.
Psychotherapy session

Ongoing psychotherapy usually begins after an initial assessment.
May include individual psychotherapy, parent work, parent-child sessions or a combination.
Treatment is usually weekly and may be brief or long-term.
Goals and progress are reviewed regularly with parents, and with school or other healthcare professionals where helpful.
Intensive psychotherapy (up to 3x per week) is available where clinically appropriate.
